The Embassy of Tear is a spartan little building built and designed as a mini-fortress, outside of the walls of Far Madding. Weapons are as readily available as paper and pen and a lone woman, assisted by several aging men dressed in black and gold, stands by her desk, surveying several contracts and other items of importance. She stands ready to greet the Wall Guard and discuss matters of political nature with those who enter.
